Stress can be described as the wear and tear we receive during this trip called life. Just about everyone has had some form of stress enter into their life from family, work, or even friends. It is one of the reasons why people easily get sick and gets irritated right away for no reason at all. But what is stress management? How can we deal with stress? These are just some of the questions that needed answers for us to know how to cope up with stress and how to deal with it.
Since we cannot get away from everyday stress, we need to come up with ways to reduce our stress and how to prevent from getting stressed.What is stress management? Stress management is altering or simply about taking charge of all the things that is causing you to be stress such as your problems at work and at home. Also, for instance, if you are working at Nottingham University, you can never get away from being stressed out but what you can do is to always view in different perspective the cause of your stress. It is how you meet the challenges in your life with your head held up high.
Dealing with stress is just simple, have a balanced life. Which means that you do not need to work 24 hours a day. You should have time to relax, enjoy and have fun! It should not be an all work and no play life because life will be boring without a bit of fun. It should be work and have fun at the same time as long as it will jeopardize your work. It is up to how you will manage your life. So what is stress management for me? My answer is, simply having a balanced and stress free lifestyle.
